Terms of Service

1. The service
Yoink is a service operated by HUMAN/MACHINE LLC ("Yoink", "we", "us"). Yoink sends txt alerts about newly posted jobs that match your choices. Alerts come from employers' public job boards; we don't post jobs, and we're not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We don't promise any number of alerts, that a job is still open by the time you apply, or that you'll be hired.
2. Txt message program
By signing up you agree to receive recurring automated job alert txts from Yoink at the number you give. Message frequency varies with new postings (at most 5 an hour). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop txts; after STOP we send one confirmation and nothing else until you reply START. Replying STOP only stops txts; it does not cancel your $5/month subscription, which you cancel separately (see section 3). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Prices
$5 a month, renewing monthly until you cancel. Covers up to 250 job alert txts a month; if you reach the cap we pause alerts until the next billing month and send one txt saying so. Account txts are free. Cancel any time online at yoinkjobs.com/cancel; access runs to the end of the paid month. When you cancel, your alerts continue until the end of the month you have paid for, then stop. There are no partial refunds.
4. Your account
Give a mobile number you own. You can change settings or delete your account at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't sign up someone else's number, or try to break or overload the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We'll tell you by txt or email before material changes to prices or these terms take effect.
